Celia had a series of five poetry chapbooks, and two books of philosophical essays published, one of which, titled The Layers Between, won the 2014 International, Proverse, Literary, and Publishing Prizes. Her writing appeared in Rhodes University's prestigious journal, New Coin; in Scrutiny2 -a Special Editon on Time, published by UNISA; Channel an Irish environmental journal; The Writers Abroad's anthology Foreign and Far Away; in the online Literary Journal, LitNet; in several editions of the online magazine Sarie and in the Women in Publishing Society Hong Kong's anthology Imprint, Editions 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17.

Celia was a panelist for literary events and festivals; moderator of Blank Page Writers Forum; coordinator for short story competitions, and judge for writing, poetry, and speech competitions. Scroll down to see her full biography.
